Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, salt, and any optional herbs or spices until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s thin. Cut into squares or your desired shapes.
  4. Place the shaped crackers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until they are golden and crisp.
  5. Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack; they’ll become even crispier as they cool.
