Instructions
- Rinse pumpkin seeds in a colander.
- Dry seeds between paper towels for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Toss seeds with oil, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Air fry for 35 minutes, shaking frequently. Watch closely the last 5 minutes.
