Instructions
- Whisk cottage cheese and egg in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in apple, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup (if using), and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) or oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease air fryer basket or line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto basket or sheet.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
