Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 ripe avocado, mashed

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup honey or maple syrup

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

½ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a square baking pan.

2. Mix mashed avocado and cottage cheese until smooth.

3. Add cocoa powder, honey, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.

4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

5. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean.

7. Cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Freeze for up to 3 months; thaw before serving.
