Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Toast the gluten-free bread and let the slices cool completely.
  2. Peel, destone, and mash the avocados. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Keep an avocado stone in the bowl to prevent browning.
  3. Prepare pomegranate seeds and olive rounds for the ghosts’ faces.
  4. Cut ghost shapes into each toast using a cookie cutter or by hand.
  5. Spread mashed avocado on each toast, add pomegranate seeds for eyes and an olive slice for the mouth. Serve immediately.
