Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour (or crushed beef rinds for extra crunch)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated cheese, egg, almond flour (or crushed beef rinds), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into fries.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Substitute almond flour with crushed pork rinds for a keto-friendly option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days (reheat in the oven for best texture).
