- 2–3 tbsp milk or buttermilk (to thin sauce)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub mixture evenly over chicken breasts. Place in baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally.
- While baking, whisk sour cream with milk to make a creamy sauce.
- Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then drizzle with sauce and garnish with parsley.
