Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mashed banana, rolled oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well mixed.
- Fold in optional walnuts and chocolate chips if desired.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
