- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas (1 mashed into batter, 1 sliced for topping)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, 1 mashed banana, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Stir the rolled oats into the blended mixture until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Top it with the sliced banana and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.

- Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
