Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and dry well.
  2. Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. Fold in the chopped broccoli.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
