- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets (finely chopped, steamed for 2 minutes, then dried)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and dry well.
- Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Fold in the chopped broccoli.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake at 375°F for 35–40 minutes until set and golden.

- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
- Let the quiche cool slightly before serving.
