Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, cinnamon, and baking powder until evenly mixed.
- Pour the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish and level it gently.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
