- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup thick buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s Wing Sauce)
- 1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a blender or a large bowl (using a hand mixer), combine the cottage cheese and the softened cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the dry ranch seasoning and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and the buffalo sauce.
- Pour into the prepared dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Top with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use thick buffalo wing sauce for best results.
- Cream cheese helps prevent the sauce from breaking.
