- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed or shredded
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese (blended)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the blended cottage cheese, eggs, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and the buffalo chicken mixture until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Once baked, sprinkle fresh green onions on top before serving.
