Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (browned and seasoned with salt and pepper)
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (blended)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and pat dry.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, and mustard powder until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix browned beef, cauliflower, and sauce in a bowl.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
