  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and shredded cheddar. Mix well.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  4. Gently fold in chopped fresh chives.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
