  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta 3 minutes less than the package instructions for al dente. Drain well.
  3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, milk, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and the blended cheese sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
