- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)

- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blanch the broccoli by boiling it for 2 minutes, then drain it well.
- Blend cottage cheese, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and ½ cup cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Toss chicken and broccoli with the sauce in a casserole dish.
- Top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
