Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and place it onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
