Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the diced apple and cinnamon. Microwave for 45 seconds to soften the apples and release their juices.
- Add the cottage cheese, egg, and almond flour to the mug. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the batter.
- Microwave the mug cake for 90 seconds. Let it sit for 1 minute to firm up before enjoying.
