  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug.
  4. In another small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the batter in the mug.
  6. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Check if done. If needed, microwave for another 15 seconds.
  7. Let cool slightly before eating.
