- 1/2 cup milk (low fat)

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Spiralized zucchini (zoodles)
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan over low heat until warm.
- Whisk cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold milk, then stir into the sauce.
- Simmer about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, and toss with zoodles.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh zucchini for best results.
- Adjust garlic powder and salt to taste.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer.
