Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool 20 minutes before slicing.
