Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix cottage cheese, mashed banana, and egg until smooth.
2. Add almond flour, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
3. Fold in optional mix-ins like maple syrup or chocolate chips if desired.
4. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, checking for doneness.
5. Let cool slightly before enjoying straight from the mug.
