Instructions

- In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder until combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts over the rice, then generously cover them with the cottage cheese mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the top to become golden and bubbly.
