Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla in a high-powered blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add almond flour, protein powder, and salt. Stir until thick.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Cover and chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Roll into balls or enjoy by the spoonful. Store refrigerated.
