- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg whites, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar, mixing until smooth.
- Add almond flour, chia seeds, shredded cheddar cheese, everything bagel seasoning, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
- Toast slices with butter for extra flavor.
