Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cottage cheese (225g)
- 1 cup almond flour (100g)
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil spray (for baking)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray it with olive oil.
- In a bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning (if using). Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop small spoonfuls of dough and roll them into bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place them on the baking sheet and lightly mist the tops with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 14–16 minutes, or until crispy and lightly browned on the outside.
- Serve warm and enjoy them on their own or with marinara, ranch, or a garlic yogurt dip!
Notes
- The dough will be slightly sticky—wet your hands to make shaping easier.
- For extra flavor, add 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional).
- For extra crispiness, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes.
- These reheat perfectly in the air fryer!
