Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until warm.
- Add chicken cubes and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Cook until golden on all sides and fully cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth, then add it to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over the sauce and stir gently until melted and incorporated.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce is creamy and glossy.
- Serve hot with rice or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

- Use full-fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture.
- Adjust black pepper to taste for more or less heat.
