- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cubed sweet potatoes. Cook for about 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
- Blend in the cottage cheese using a hand mixer or potato masher until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in the butter and maple syrup, mixing until well combined for that sweet finish.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top before serving warm.
