- 1 (20-24 oz) bag frozen, pre-cooked meatballs
- 1 (25 oz) jar thick marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, almond flour, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Arrange the frozen meatballs on top, pressing them slightly into the cottage cheese base.
- Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs and cheese.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

- Almond flour can be substituted with breadcrumbs if preferred.
