Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, flour (if using), baking powder, and salt.
- Pulse briefly until dry ingredients are incorporated.
- Stir in optional chocolate chips.
- Divide batter into 2 microwave-safe mugs.
- Microwave one mug at a time for 60-90 seconds.
- Let cool for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
