- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup almond flour (or oat flour for a softer bite)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly firm.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with marinara sauce or plain.
Notes
- For a softer texture, use oat flour instead of almond flour.
- Adjust garlic powder to taste.
- Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
