- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, forming bite-sized rounds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bites are slightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. These are delightful warm!
