These little pizza bites are a hit in our house! With two kids who love a good snack, these cheesy, easy-to-make bites are perfect for movie night or a quick after-school treat. Plus, they pack a protein punch with the cottage cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, forming bite-sized rounds.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bites are slightly golden.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. These are delightful warm!
