Ingredients

4–5 radishes, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or a splash of vinegar
Instructions
1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
2. Thinly slice the radishes.
3. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and radishes.
4. Add herbs, salt, pepper, and optional ingredients.
5. Mix gently until well combined.
6. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
