Instructions
- Mix cottage cheese, mashed sweet potatoes, breadcrumbs, green onions, beaten egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
