- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup no sugar added marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, mozzarella cubes, cottage cheese, marinara, Parmesan, pesto, eggs, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
