Ingredients
3 cups Cooked chicken, chopped
¾ cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
⅓ cup Dried cranberries, chopped
½ cup Sliced almonds
1 Stalk celery, diced
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
2. Stir gently until thoroughly combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve on croissants, lettuce, wraps, or toast.
Notes
Toast almonds for extra flavor.
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Swap some mayo for Greek yogurt to lighten it.
Stores well for up to 5–7 days in an airtight container.
