A simple and delicious recipe for cranberry cream cheese crescent rolls, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

  • Total Time: 30-35 minutes
  • Yield: 8 crescents 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 8-roll package pre-made crescent roll dough (like Pillsbury)
  • 8 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 8 heaping teaspoons cranberry sauce
  • 8 small pinches fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional for easy clean-up).
  2. Unroll the dough and separate into 8 triangles evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the widest end of each triangle. Top with 1 heaping teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a small pinch of thyme. Repeat for the remaining rolls.
  4. Roll each triangle into a crescent, starting with the widest end. The rolls won’t be as tight as plain crescents due to the filling.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
  • Thyme is optional but adds a nice touch.
