Ingredients
Scale
- 1 8-roll package pre-made crescent roll dough (like Pillsbury)
- 8 tablespoons cream cheese
- 8 heaping teaspoons cranberry sauce
- 8 small pinches fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (optional for easy clean-up).
- Unroll the dough and separate into 8 triangles evenly on the baking sheet.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the widest end of each triangle. Top with 1 heaping teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a small pinch of thyme. Repeat for the remaining rolls.
- Roll each triangle into a crescent, starting with the widest end. The rolls won’t be as tight as plain crescents due to the filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
- Thyme is optional but adds a nice touch.
