- 1 lb Cooked Chicken Ham (deli sliced or leftover), chopped
- 1 large head Green Cabbage, chopped into 1-inch squares
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese (Full fat, blended smooth)
- ½ cup Sour Cream or plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss or White Cheddar Cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Chop the chicken ham, cabbage, and onion.
- Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until softened.
- Add cabbage and cook until tender.
- Stir in chicken ham and heat through.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and mustard until smooth.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the skillet mixture and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let melt.
- Serve warm.
