Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy. Let cool slightly before cutting into shards.
