  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp. Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Slice one onion and line the bottom of the crock pot to prevent burning.
  2. Combine ground meat and bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Chop vegetables (onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic) and add to the bowl.
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf on a chopping board, ensuring no cracks.
  6. Place the loaf on top of the onions in the crock pot.
  7. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Coat with sauce and cook an additional 40-60 minutes.
