- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup long-grain white rice
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1 cup diced carrots
 - 1 cup diced celery
 - 1 small onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp dried thyme
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
 - Add rice, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.
 - Pour chicken broth over ingredients.
 - Sprinkle thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
 - Shred chicken and stir before serving.
