Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Crushed Oreos or cookies
Fresh berries or fruit jam
Chocolate chips or drizzle toppings
Instructions
1. Chill a flat metal tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
2. Mix heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
3. Pour mixture onto the frozen tray and spread thinly (about 1/8 inch).
4. Add toppings or mix-ins evenly across the surface.
5. Freeze tray again until solid (2–3 hours).
6. Scrape and roll using a metal spatula.
7. Stack rolls in a cup, top as desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For dairy-free, use coconut cream and a plant-based condensed milk.
Freeze trays in advance for quicker prep.
Best served fresh after rolling to keep texture smooth.
