- Flaked sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Add potatoes, olive oil, garlic, and salt to a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Do not uncover during cooking.
- Uncover, stir, and taste. Add more olive oil or salt if needed.
- Toss with fresh herbs and flaked sea salt if using. Serve immediately.
