Ingredients
½ cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
½ cup almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and thick.
2. Scoop small portions of the batter (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
3. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bite.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.
5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Double the batch for meal prep; they keep in the fridge for 3–4 days.
Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy twist.
Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to make them extra crispy.
