- 1 tbsp ‘Everything But The Bagel’ Seasoning (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Combine cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, 1 tbsp seasoning, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Grease a 4-inch ramekin and pour in the batter. Smooth the top.
- Sprinkle extra seasoning on top.
- Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes (or bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes).
- Let cool slightly, then remove from ramekin and serve.
