Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, 1 tbsp seasoning, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Grease a 4-inch ramekin and pour in the batter. Smooth the top.
  3. Sprinkle extra seasoning on top.
  4. Microwave on high for 2-2.5 minutes (or bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes).
  5. Let cool slightly, then remove from ramekin and serve.
