Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, spinach, feta, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin compartments and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
