- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the grated apple, eggs, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
