Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and baking powder. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly into a circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and firm.
  5. Let it cool slightly, then add your favorite toppings.
  6. Return to the oven for 10–15 minutes until toppings are heated through.
