Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and almond flour. Fold in strawberries gently.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
